You’re doing an amazing job getting those steps in, so let’s make sure they count!
You can actually link Fastic to your Google Fit or Apple Health account to aid in your holistic health journey.
To do this, simply click on the step tracker symbol in the app — you'll find “Connect tracker” by clicking on your “Goals” tab, below the fasting tracker.
You should automatically receive instructions on how to link Fastic to Google Fit/Apple Health. You'll be asked for permission to pull your steps from those apps.
Keep in mind that both apps (Fastic and your step tracker) need to be registered under the same email address.
If you gave this a go, but it still doesn't work—try going to the Google Fit/Apple Health app again. Disconnect Fastic, then reconnect after restarting your device.
Did you know that your wearable can also be linked to Google Fit/Apple Health? This easily transfers all of your steps to the Fastic app. Please get in touch with your fitness tracker/smartwatch manufacturer to learn more.
To add steps or water manually, simply click on the water or steps widget. Find the "Log Water" or "Log Steps" buttons and add the amount you did, click save and voilà, as simple as that!

Please check that you always have the latest update installed on your device. You can find these in the Play Store for Android or the Apple App Store for iOS.
If you still notice an app error, please send us a detailed message to support@fastic.com and let us know what is happening with the attached screenshots of the problem and your user ID. Your user ID can be found at the bottom of the settings menu (small gear icon in the top right corner of your profile tab).
We will then try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible to get you back on track and feeling your best!
In your profile, do you no longer see the progress you made? It could be that you’re logged into an alias account, which doesn’t display your hard work and amazing accomplishments. To get you back, tracking your Fastic health journey, please follow this step:
Choose the same login method that you used at the time you registered (Facebook/Apple/Google or your email). All of your progress will be linked to this account. You’ll also have access to your previous data - including collected Stars, Flames, etc.

Please remember to tell us your User ID and the number of Flames, Stars, or Frosties that were lost.
You can find your User ID by going to the "Profile" tab (the tab with your name) and clicking on Settings (the small gear wheel in the upper right corner). If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you’ll find your User ID and the email address you've registered with. Simply copy and paste this number so we can easily identify you.
The discounted subscription of EUR 5.99 per month as part of the Christmas offer will be charged together in your A1 bill. The subscription will then be automatically renewed each month. The discounted price is valid for 6 months, after which the regular price of EUR 11.99 will be charged. The subscription always runs from the date of purchase and is independent of the A1 billing cycle.
Fastic can be canceled by the user, in the customer area, subject to a one-month notice period to the (recurring) effective date of registration. Simply click on your avatar picture (user account), select "My account" and "Manage my packages" and click on Cancel.
Cancellation of an A1 Telekom Austria AG mobile phone contract for the A1, B.free, Bob and Red Bull Mobile brands automatically leads to the cancellation of the additional order for Fastic.
